Services are provided on a flexible, short-term basis and are tailored to the Client’s specific project needs. Work is limited to the agreed scope and scheduled according to Consultant’s availability.

Consultant will provide deliverables in formats appropriate to the engagement (such as reports, presentations, or documentation) using information and data supplied by the Client. Consultant does not provide warranties or guarantees, and all outcomes, decisions, and actions based on deliverables remain the responsibility of the Client.

Engagements are billed on a weekly retainer or hourly basis, with fees due in advance. Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice. Upon full payment, Client will receive the right to use all final deliverables, while Consultant retains background methods, models, and intellectual property not created specifically for the Client.
